PLEASE NOTE. This is a very early launch of a platform designed to update stakeholders and observers of Its Time solar schools’ projects. Current, historical and up-coming projects will be gradually added. As will the various information panels below. It is a considerable development project and we appreciate your patience as it evolves over the coming weeks. Almost certainly there will be a bug or two along the way - should you notice any issues or have ideas to improve the platform, your message is appreciated message via: iitime.org/contact-us
Note the date the school was established - there was original wiring between the building and by it's condition at the moment is probably reasonable it is 60+ years old and well due for renewal.
A cool video just sent from Simpliphi - made when they were packing the batteries and cabinets in California. The good news - we are expecting the ship to dock in Suva in 3 days and soon after these batteries will be storing heaps of power and helping give kids in remote schools a modern education - watch this space. As usual a huge thank you to the team at Simpliphi - a big part of Its Time's support family :-)
Thank you Vasiti for trying to get the time lapse, a bit disappoint for you to find it was not stable, but viewers will get the idea. We will get another time lapse on Yanuca island next week :-)
