Are you certain you are the person who will administer the organisation account? Have you checked if someone else has added the organisation? Co-administrators can be added after the organisation is registered.

Please first check the map to see if your group is already signed up. If so you can sign up as a hero and follow the group. Also, please note this category is for groups of people in the community who occasionally get together to pick up plastics. If you are a School or Rotary club please sign up under that organisation category - you can add plastic pick up activities there.
